The Commission strives to support local organizations and programs by making Prop 10 funds available for services that aim to benefit children prenatal to age five.

Request for Qualifications - Communications & Engagement - CLOSED

The purpose of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to formally identify a knowledgeable vendor with appropriate qualifications and relevant experience to provide First 5 Yuba with a comprehensive communications  plan that will be used in alignment with and enhance the implementation of the First 5 Yuba 2021-2026 Strategic Plan.

The purpose of the communications plan will be to strategically articulate and disseminate information to support First 5 Yuba’s goals.  A localized communications plan will provide a blueprint that will allow First 5 Yuba to deliver strategic messaging and increase community knowledge about the tools, resources, programs, and services available to families. The vendor should identify and implement both innovative and current strategies to increase awareness and reach families through various outlets such as print, digital, social, and mass media outlets. In addition, the RFQ will seek to enhance one centralized online access point to strengthen coordinated systems and enhance communication strategies with families, childcare providers, partners and child advocates. Proposal deadline is October 13, 2021 at 5:00pm - CLOSED
