Family Resource Centers, also known as FRCs, are local centers that support parents, families and the community. Their supports vary by area, so check out what your local center can provide you and your family!

Yuba County Office of Education: Family Resource Center
provides support to families of infants and children prenatal through 5 years old who are at risk with developmental delays/disabilities and those who have established special needs/disabilities. The YCOE FRC offers navigation supports, a diaper closet, gas card program, and so much more!

Yuba County Office of Education: C.A.F.E is focused on providing educational and support services for Yuba County students and families, school age and up. The CAFE is a safe place, for all families, to come and receive the support they need. Resources include computer lab access, parenting classes, referrals to community resources, family engagement activities and more! 

Visit the YCOE CAFE website for more information, or just drop in at 1114 Yuba Street, North Entrance of the Yuba County One Stop Building. The CAFE is near the stairs....just ring the doorbell!

Camptonville: Family Resource Center is located on the Camptonville K-8 School site and offers services to all ages. This hub offers connection to resources, free high-speed-internet, work stations and acts as a gateway to the community-building process.

Harmony Health: Family Resource Center offers home visitation, using the Healthy Families America evidence-based model, after school activities for youth, as well as classes and workshops for adults.

Beale Airman and Family Readiness Center helps individuals become prepared for the challenges of being a service member, or their family, with classes, seminars, and crisis intervention services and programs. If you are an airman, or family of, and unsure of where to turn, the A&FRC should be your first stop. 

Visit the website, or call (530) 634-2863 or DSN 368-2863 for information. The Beale A&FRC is located on Beale AFB, at 17800 13th Street, on the corner of 13th and B Streets. 

Community Resource Center (in Challenge) is the newest resource center in the Yuba County Foothills. Staff are available to help with almost everything you can think of, from youth programming, hosting a community space, wi-fi and computer usage,  and support with signing up for social services.
